We get a lot of queries of how to get to Whistler from Vancouver to rent one of our campers, so thought we should cover all the options here for you.
Firstly ill mention that we do offer a drop off service in Vancouver and YVR, however there is a fee of $200 for each drop off and pick up. Due to this, We recognise that a lot of you would like to get bang for your buck by getting yourself up to Whistler to grab your van and keeping your trip within budget, plus Whistler is a great place to start any road trip.
Lets start from YVR to Whistler
The easiest way from the airport is by Pacific coach, as this picks you up at the airport and drops you in Whistler. However its not the cheapest by any means and the last bus is at 8pm.

Whistler shuttle is our next option from the airport. These guys are a lot more flexible with times and will change the schedule to meet your needs. Price wise they are a little steeper than Pacfic.

The cheapest way is to get from the airport to downtown and catch one of the many buses from there to Whistler. The skytrain takes you directly from the airport to the bus station on Burrard street where all the buses leave from. There are a few choices of buses.
Skytrain to downtown- $9
Epic Rides- One way $24 / Round Trip $35
Whistler rides-One way $24 / Round trip from $31.98
With regards to the buses its best to book in advance online as they fill up quickly.
if you have a little more flexibility and love to meet other people, there is a great car pooling site calle Pop a ride. You can post the route that you wish to go and it will match you with a driver that is going that route. Prices vary due to the amount of people car pooling and is also up to the driver but they tend to be between $10-$20. The prices will be posted on the site and agreed upon before.
Drop us a message if you need any more help with getting to us. We will post ferry routes in the near future for getting to and from Vancouver island and further.
